We visited London in August for five days, we are a family of four, me my wife and 14 and 17 years children. The checkin was smooth we arrived a little early and got a room straightaway, the reception was friendly and nice. After arriving we needed to walk for about 10~15 mins to reach the hotel, the hotel location is good, in a relatively quite area, when arriving at night we needed to walk a about 8~15 min pending on the which bus or train station, so generally speaking its a good location near to transportation. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and tasted good The room is clean, the view was nothing special, since we were on the 6th floor we could see some building roofs. The elevators was fast and quick with no long queuing The GYM was very good and well equipped, our 14 and 17 years children used several times. The room service was good and clean towels were added whenever needed. Was nice to find a couple of cookies everyday along with the tea, although we always get 2 when we where four people except for last day :) The television had good amount of channels. we used to watch some cartoons before going to the breakfast. :) No noise or annoying smells. On our checkout, we could leave our bags in a room till our flight time. Generally I would say we had a good experience in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, 15 minutes away walk from British Museum and close to transport hubs, allowing you to plan your tourist day very easy. The breakfast was excellent, rich choice and very diverse, and all the food was precisely prepared. The staff was very friendly and helping. We needed a towel and received it within 5 minutes after the request at the reception. The room was a little bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but in fact, the pictures are not misleading. If you had forgotten you AC adapter for UK, don't worry, Crowne Plaza Rooms are friendly to foreign tourists - there are 2 x USBs at the desk, allowing you easily to charge your smartphone or any other electronic device, just by using the USB cable. And another good thing to mention is there are a lot of electricity outlets in the room, in case you have more devices that need power supply (but UK adapter may be needed). It seems like a lot of hotels ignore the growing need for more AC outlets, but Crowne Plaza is not one of them. The bathroom was clean and tidy.

The rooms were excellent - plenty of room for 2 lady friends travelling internationally. The front desk staff were extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. All of our requests were heard and acted upon. The beds were extremely comfortable and a queen size bed each was a real treat. The bathroom had a bath as well as a shower over the bath on our second stay. The air-conditioning worked well. This hotel is position plus for getting around London. The number 65 bus stops near the front of the hotel and is an easy and cheap ride to and from Kings Cross Station. There is a good shopping strip nearby with some excellent restaurants. We left most of our luggage at the hotel while we had a quick visit to Paris and this service was much appreciated. The breakfasts were generous with plenty of choice and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Overall, I would book this hotel again and have recommended it to friends.

Breakfast options were fantastic. The buffet style breakfast was always well stocked amd there was good choices. The food was very tasty and expectionsl standard. One morning there was a line for breakfast (Sunday morning), the staff were fantastic and we were were not in the line long at all. Very well organised, during a very busy breakfast. All staff were very helpful and the hotel had great extra services such as cabs to the door and left luggage store. This was very helpful when we checked out at 10am but our train hone was at 3pm. Rooms were very clean, well set out and I thought the bed was comfy. Me and my son were staying with my niece and her mum. The room was spacious enough for us all. It was great to have a bath and a shower. A very nice hotel and I would stay again!

I had a great experience staying at the Crowne Plaza London! The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay, like a flat-screen TV, a cozy bed, and a work desk. The bathroom was also spotless, with a walk-in shower that felt very luxurious. As for the location, it's fantastic! It's close to public transport, with a few tube stations within walking distance, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The area is also filled with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, so there's always something to do nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Crowne Plaza London – it’s a great choice for both comfort and convenience!
